Flat Tire Change With Your Spare
When your vehicle has a safe, usable spare and the location is safe to work in, we can remove the flat tire and install your spare. Tell us if the wheel lock key is missing or a lug nut is stripped. Temporary spares may have speed and distance limits; follow your vehicle manufacturer's instructions.
No Spare Tire? Ask About Our Tire-Shop Service
If you do not have a usable spare, we can remove your flat tire, take it to a local tire shop for repair or replacement, return, and install it when the tire and vehicle are suitable. A tire shop determines whether a tire can be repaired or must be replaced. This service depends on safe vehicle access, tire-shop availability, and a suitable tire. We do not carry replacement tires or provide towing. Call us to confirm the total service process and pricing before dispatch.

Move away from traffic if you can do so safely, turn on your hazard lights, and do not keep driving on a flat tire. If you are in an unsafe traffic location, call 911 or local authorities first. Do I need a spare tire?

What if the wheel lock key is missing?
