What Our Flat Tire Service Includes
We safely position the vehicle when conditions allow, remove the damaged tire, install your usable spare, tighten the lug nuts, and explain any temporary-spare driving limits. If a wheel lock or stripped lug nut is preventing a normal tire change, tell us when you call so we can confirm whether we can assist.
Before You Call
Move as far away from traffic as safely possible, turn on your hazard lights, and stay inside the vehicle when standing outside would put you near moving traffic. Do not continue driving on a flat tire because it may damage the wheel and make the vehicle harder to control.

What if I cannot remove the lug nuts?
Let us know if the lug nuts are stuck, stripped, or secured by a wheel lock. We also provide wheel lock and stripped lug nut help when the situation and vehicle allow.
